Meet Nicole

Nicole has been with Magnify for almost two years, serving as a Villa Manager at Bishop Grady Villas. However, with over five years of experience in the disability community and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Nicole has taken on the vital new role of developing the Residential Behavior Services program at Magnify.

Nicole currently works under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while actively pursuing her own board certification. Once Nicole completes her certification, Magnify can offer the Behavior Services program in-house, catering to our residents who express interest in these valuable services. Services encompass various techniques, including skill-building activities, reinforcement strategies, behavior modification techniques, and teaching replacement behaviors. It focuses on teaching individuals new skills, improving social interaction, managing emotions effectively, and enhancing communication abilities. This can strengthen employment outcomes for residents and/or provide overall wellbeing.

Nicole's commitment to her role is awe-inspiring. Nicole explains, "Magnify has become my home. Driving to Magnify five days a week brings me joy, and witnessing the daily growth of the residents, no matter how small, fills my heart with peace and love. My passion for working with individuals with disabilities stems from a belief that they are unique gifts sent by God, reminding us all of our special contributions to the world. My residents teach me something new every day, and I am forever grateful for God guiding me to them and to Magnify."
