Cheryl, a Nurse Practitioner at Cloud Care Medicine, has been serving the residents of the Villas for over two years, leaving a lasting impact on our community. Cheryl understands the significance of a collaborative healthcare approach. She works closely with our resident nurse, Donna, to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of care. By tag-teaming their efforts, Cheryl and Donna offer a holistic care experience that addresses the residents' physical and emotional needs.

Every Wednesday, Cheryl performs routine visits at the Villas. For those residents who are interested, she conducts vital sign assessments, reviews lab results, and assesses overall well-being. This approach allows her to catch any potential health concerns early on and address them promptly.

Her office is conveniently located just down the street from the villas and offers telemedicine, after-hours care, and weekend appointments. This flexibility allows our very busy residents to make appointments around their schedule if they choose to. This person-centered approach provides overall well-being, leading to greater satisfaction and better outcomes for our residents.
